It is all too easy to feel lost and isolated even in a busy connected city like Tempe.  A solid online presence and a few cursory relationships often miss the depth we hope for.  The Central community in Tempe is passionate about creating community where everyone can belong. Here,  you will be valued and supported because we believe you make us better.  Together we’re building a legacy in Tempe as we follow Jesus.

Starting Sunday, October 20th we will have weekend gatherings for the whole family at 9:00am and 10:30am on Sundays!

Marks of Owning the Mission at Central

Passionately pursue Jesus…because there is no other way.

Am I actively pursuing my faith in Jesus in ways that change how I live, and have I made the decision to be baptized in obedience to Him?

Live in community…because life is better together.

Am I growing in community through participating in a Life Group and allowing God to further shape me as I interact with other believers?

Share your faith…because found people find people.

Am I helping others find faith in Jesus, and have I made myself available to seek out neighbors and those in my sphere of influence who are lost?

Gather to worship weekly…because God is worthy.

Am I making it a priority to gather weekly with others at Central, spending time in worship and learning from God’s Word?

Serve consistently… because it’s how you make a difference.

Am I consistently serving on a team at Central, and have I allowed God to direct me in the way He has gifted me to serve His Church?

Give generously…because generosity builds God’s Kingdom.

Am I generously giving to the work of God at Central, and am I being a good steward of the resources He has given me?
